Recommend a grant in the amount you wish to give.
Important Note to Donors:
The tax deduction is effective when you contribute assets to your Fidelity Charitable Giving Account, not when you recommend a grant to a specific non-profit. The grant from the Giving Account to the non-profit is a distribution from the charitable fund you have already established, and not a new donation from your perspective.
